PowerShare Appointment Scheduling for CyberBeast!

QUESTION: Anyone know how to follow up on the PowerShare installation appointment? I took delivery of my CyberBeast on March 7, 2024.

They emailed me and said I am eligible (Back on January 10, 2024), but I haven't heard from anyone, been checking my phone for missed calls nothing...

Anyone know who I can reach out to to follow up? I contacted Tesla Service center and they told me Tesla Solar Team is in charge of this, but not sure the best way to get ahold of them.

after getting sent BACK and FORTH from the "Solar Team" to the "Vehicle Team". It seems that it is still "too new" of a process and the teams can't really help me.

It seems like I simply have to wait for my email follow-up when I'm matched with an installer.

And from reading @Shygar and @Carlos Thomas 's thread, that I simply need to wait, as there appears to be ONLY 1 certified installer in the Bay Area right now, who has been backed up with orders. And having a delivery date of my Cybertruck on March 7, 2024; I'm probably behind at least 10-20 people waiting for PowerShare installation in the Bay Area. No worries, just going to patiently wait
