If your cabin fridge is leaking water you have a problem in general.
Was it warm out? That looks like air conditioning condensation.

Inside looks ok. My fridge has been off for a couple of days not too hot outside like 60's it rained yesterday though.

Maybe rain escaping due to angle?
I showed video to TSC and they told me that AC condensation like you said earlier. I found out later from my wife a/c was running when she got into car today and probably running all night is my suspicion

Teslas manage battery temperature actively 24x7 so it might not be AC in the sense of cooling people at all. Both of our Teslas condense and drip and always have.
