Remove Side Apron Seals And Install Clips

On certain Cybertruck vehicles, the LH and/or RH side apron seal may be visible through the frunk-to-fender gap. Upon customer complaint, remove and discard the LH and RH side apron seals, and then plug the holes in the LH and RH side apron assemblies with clips.

Seems like they are removing the seal (dust, water, ?) and just plugging the holes.

Does this seem like a great solution?

Any follow up on this. My seals bulge out the frunk gap. Just live with it or have service rip em off and trash them?

That kind of screams F—U—- for calling this to my attention, kind of repair.
