What??? It clearly states the maximum tongue weight is 1100 lbs. Maybe a torque value is what you are asking?

Towing Capacity
The total trailer weight (including all cargo and additional equipment), and the trailer tongue weight, must never exceed the following:
Wheel SizeMaximum Towing CapacityMaximum Tongue Weight*
20" x 9J11,000 lb (4,990 kg)1,100 lb (499 kg)

Nice thing about having documents online, is that they can update them.

For future reference, Towing a Trailer (tesla.com)

I believe the cargo limit is 2500 lbs so it would be nice to get a goose neck or 5th wheel hitch in the bed.
The first part is referring to cargo in the trailer. The truck can't exceed GVWR which includes tongue and hitch weight.
2,500 is total payload for AWD, an 11k fifth wheel trailer with 20% pin weight would only leave 300 pounds for driver and passengers.

Explain how 1100 lbs maximum tongue weight equates to 160 lbs vertical load limit. That doesn't even make any sense. I guess someone needs to point out the document error to Tesla.

It states the tongue weight in this section which makes perfect sense. A lot of vehicle specs have around 10% for tongue weight of their towing compacity.

Now we’re on the same page lol however, there is a difference. For example, look at the Silverado

No we’re on the same page lol however, there is a difference between tongue weight and vertical load limit. Look at this tow rating from a Silverado. 1,100 tongue weight (weight distributing) and 600 tongue weight (weight carrying)

The values have nothing (directly) to do with each other.

Tongue weight is a different thing than (unconstrained) hitch vertical load.

The tongue is part of a trailer.
The hitch receiver is part of the truck.
A ball adapter allows a trailer to connect to a hitch receiver.

I guess someone needs to point out the document error to Tesla.
It's not an error.
Cybertruck was tested using the standard 160 pound weight test for hitch mounted accessories.

It was also tested using an 11k gross, 1,100 pound tongue trailer configuration.

One could extrapolate that the trailer test implies a higher theoretical accessory capacity, but that was not tested/ certified.

The remark about the 5th wheel was off subject but was related to allowing more than the the 1100 lb tonque weight limit.

That's yet a different thing of a standard hitch versus a weight distribution hitch.
Neither number is a hitch mounted accessory weight value.

If that hitch attachment point can handle 1100 lbs, the 160 lbs value is not the maximum. Granted it may be what they tested but not what it can safely handle.

Agreed, however, if anything were to happen I would be liable
