Has anyone else noticed that their Cybertruck's body panels have a slight wavyness to them if you look lengthwise down the sides? I notice it on mine mainly on the rear sail panels and rear quarters.

I wonder if a gloss wrap would make it more noticable or, if a matt/satin would hide it.

Gloss does not hide it but it is what it is...I look a little wavy viewed lengthwise so its all good.

Yeah, I have those too. They don't bother me. If you watch the video of the CT being built in the factory and how the rolled steel is flattened (Sandy Munroe video) you'll understand why its just not going to get totally flat like a typical thin steel car or truck that has steel that can be easily pierced or dented or shaped in the factory. In order to have armor like steel this is how it looks.

I’ve seen big rolls of the stuff and you can tell if the stainless is hardened or not just by the reflection and pattern. It’s a feature ;). When somebody comments about it, proudly say, “yeah fully hardened stainless does that! Cool, huh?”

I have never noticed the slight wave in the SS on a wrapped truck--including gloss finishes. Hadn't thought of that until now. That's interesting ?
