Just got this email. I have had zero issues with current one. Works in every location in the bed and latches perfect.

hopefully this helps those of us who can't get it to fit everywhere in the bed. Mine only fits on top of the under bed storage. It doesn't fit a single other position in the entire length of the bed.

I have heard that from allot of folks. I tried about 10 diff locations and all are good. I have a 1900 range late feb VIN. Wonder why mine is different.

Likewise, just saw that Tesla Shop shipped a replacement for mine. Maybe it is to address the latch mechanism that someone easily broke (in this forum or somewhere, don't recall).

This was my initial thought, but the reason that the latch broke is because it's much harder to latch if the height between the L track and the bed floor is wrong. So I'm hoping they addressed the actual issue, and not the symptom.

A beefed up latch will solve the latch breaking only, but will not solve the reason that the latch is hard to close.

My latch is really stiff. Takes me multiple times to get it to close. So this is timely.

So I pulled up the store page and compared it to my divider. There's definitely a difference between the two. Does yours have the full round pegs? or the pegs with a flat on them?

Did these come with the FSCT? I did not get them. I thought u were talking about the worthless (IMO) dividers for the below bed storage compartment. I forgot we call the whole truck bed are a “Vault”.

Same. I can basically only lock it into place closest to the cab in the first maybe 1-5 l-track slots. Anywhere past towards the middle of the cab is a no-go. One side will catch but the other won’t and thus it slides around.

*edit* just checked mine—flat edge as well.
