Have received foundation invite and selected the AWD, I recall a general statement that my vehicle would be ready between March and June.
Yesterday a sheriff’s deputy driving an F250 with an attached trailer rear ended my Tesla Model S. I have a feeling the model s will be totaled. I really don’t want to buy another vehicle in the interim.
Is there a phone number one can call to see if specific info on my Cybertruck delivery?

Unfortunately, no, because Tesla can't even pretend to know exactly how the production ramp will progress. There are always unknowns, that's why the delivery window is always a range of dates, and that range can be adjusted forward or backward without advance notice.

This is the downside to not having more supply than demand. I noticed when Ford released the Mach-e, and again when they released the Lightning, the situation was similar.

Congrats on getting your invite to configure! When your insurance rental car is no longer available (when they tell you your model S is totalled and cash you out), maybe you could buy a used car, just to hold you over until you can get delivery. If you get a good deal, you could break-even or possibly even come out ahead when you sell it.

Yes, you can call Tesla up and get information specific to you. Let me look it up for you. Yep, it says March to June. And maybe a 30% chance that it could be late.

Tesla has no idea when anything is going to get delivered, until they deliver it.

There's at least a few thousand in front of you.

Sounds like it is time to get a rental. The other driver's insurance should be paying for it.

There is some precedent to this. Tesla did help a fellow out that got hit in a crazy accident he had on his dash cam just during the launch in CA by an impaired driver. It was over on TMC, I just can't remember the user name. Was a first day reservation holder....

That's unfortunate. Did you send any Sentry video to TeslaCam (or can you post it here)?

Maybe you can lease a Tesla in the interim. That way no title, insurance or registration mess until you get your Cybertruck. Congratulations on getting the invite to configure!

Ah that is a bummer, hope you are ok. F250 + a trailer is a lot of weight, hope it was at low speed :(

As others have said really no way to expedite the process and unlikely anyone at Tesla that you can get ahold of will know about your delivery date or be able to bump it up.

Yes, there are phone numbers you can call/text.
I have a number I text questions and requests to for info and call backs. (They respond within an hour during business hours.)

If they total it then you got lucky. I can only imagine the negative equity you had in that thing.

Just to answer a few questions asked:
1) This is a 2012 Tesla, which has given 12 years of extraordinary trouble free service. Battery charge is now reduced to 238 miles at full capacity, but I typically drive fewer than 100 miles in a day. I think I've had three service incidents in its life. An extraordinary vehicle that gave me pleasure every time I drove it.
2) Because of its age it has no brake assist or cameras. The brakes on the car are amazing however and I didn't hit the car in front despite their skidding to avoid a band of kids who jumped into the roadway. The sheriff's deputy was either not paying adequate attention or was following too close, but the attending cop didn't give him a ticket (what a surprise).
3) The blue book on the car is around 13k, though of course its worth more than that to me, as I'd anticipated driving it for another decade. Looking at damage (rear hatch compressed and dented, bumper damaged and right and left rear fender damaged), I think they'll total the car.
4) The car protected me. The seat offered good support when I was slammed into it. Sore back but hope it resolves itself.
5) The car is drivable; all lights still working.

Turo has monthly rentals I’m sure you can afford if you can buy a 100k vehicle. We all have problems . Wait your turn like the rest of us that have waited 4 years.

That doesn't necessarily look much more than needing a new bumper and rear hatch.

OP: "Hey, does anyone know if it's possible to find out information?"

Everyone else: "You shouldn't want to know that and in fact for asking if it's possible to find out, you should have to wait longer. Anyone who is buying this should be able to afford anything in the meantime."

The entitlement in here is wild (not referring to you, OP). If you actually piece together the various opinions of everyone in the different threads, this is the sequence of events that would have to take place to get one.

-Get an invite for FS
-Make sure nobody with an earlier reservation than yours got passed over, if they did, you shouldn't order
-place your order
-Know nothing for 1 week to 6 months
-meanwhile your trade in value is falling several thousand dollars per month as new prices come down and the used market stabilizes. But don't worry, if you can afford this, that must not matter to you right? Because people said so.
-still know nothing
-vin assigned while truck is in transit
-pick up in 4 days or else they will give it to someone else.

So basically, don't book any travel until after you've already picked up the truck. Stay at home and wait around until it's here. Your life now revolves around this order, which you should be content to know nothing about.

If you had real problems I’d feel sorry for you. You just are whining because you aren’t getting your way. This is the way life is. Suck it up buttercup.
Your ability to miss the point is incredible. Instead of OP being told "yeah, people have tried to get info, unfortunately there really isn't a mechanism to get it", he's told "shame on you for wondering if you can find anything out". Quite the ridiculous take.
