Not fixed. Tesla skips VINs. Database probably needs updating.
Interesting! Does that mean my VIN will eventually show up for the recall? Are they skipping VINs to avoid mad rush to SCs?

I meant they skip VIN numbers when producing vehicles. So VIN 63k could be in the first 46k trucks made. The recall site says there is not currently a fix available, that will limit a stampede (along with the usual app appointment queueing) .

Vehicles do not need to be delivered to be counted in the recall notice.
https://www.law.cornell.edu/cfr/text/49/573.6
"(3) The total number of vehicles or items of equipment potentially containing the defect or noncompliance, and where available the number of vehicles or items of equipment in each group identified pursuant to paragraph (c)(2) of this section. "
If they limited the class to vehicles that never were delivered, they wouldn't have to issue a recall.

You're confused by the fact that Tesla doesn't have dealers, so their vehicles aren't delivered until the get to customers, whereas cars that are delivered to a dealer are 'delivered'.

I checked for my vin, and it is listed. Used it as a trigger to schedule my first service appointment since I got my CT, August 2024.
service scheduled for April 1 (not a joke).

It was listed as a voluntary recall on the NHTSA vin-check response.
Update: got a message that SC wanted to cancel my appointment because there was no service bulletin for the recall yet. After I responded they agreed to keep the appointment for the other stuff. I hope that between now and April 1st that service bulletin will pop up and they add it to the same appointment.

I was at a Service Center yesterday (tire rotation) and asked about the Cant Rail recall. They still have not received parts for the fix and had no ETA on when they might.

Could very well be some weeks.

Just picked up my Cybertruck from the service center yesterday. After over a year of owning it, finally took it in for all the recalls and updates (never experienced any issues, so wasn't in a hurry to get anything done).

They said they didn't do anything for this recall and that they'd let me know when something was available.

I tried to get an appt at Peabody, MA for April but they won’t give me an appt until I’m notified of recall. I have a wrap planned for April. Frustrating process.

It’s not the nut, trust me. You can see the adhesive all along the cantrail. I’ve posted it on another thread about it here.

you can see breaks in the adhesive and gaps from it starting to separate. All cybertrucks I’ve seen until last month or two have it.
Mine doesn’t. Jan 25 build.

Ok, but what does that have to do with anything?

From a federal point of view, Tesla is/ has dealers (even if states don't allow it). Otherwise, the Clean Vehicle Credit wouldn't be possible.

"the dealer may sell or lease the motor vehicle or item of replacement equipment only if:

(1) The defect or noncompliance is remedied as required by 49 U.S.C. 30120 before delivery under the sale or lease; or ..."

RIP my wrap
Service indicated that Tesla will not cover wrap or ppf. You may want to contact your wrap provider to see if they have any remaining wrap of your original install.
