Visit my service center today about the divider installation, they said they need to replace the bed, but they don't have it now as all the new beds are sent to the assembly line. They ordered one for me but also told me it could take 3-6 months

Did you check to see if your bed is fully seated per the photos I posted?

Is that true for both AWD and Beast?
Yes.

For the vault: 4x D-rings, 2x L-Track Hooks, 1x L-Track Bottle Opener, 2x Gear Locker Dividers

They shorted you your d-rings. You're supposed to get four of them.
That sucks. I recently bought 4 of them when they came back in stock because I didn’t want to miss them again. Had I seen this post first, I would have complained to Tesla, but maybe not much of a point now.

Ok if you posted pictures I'm sorry I must have missed them. I hope they get it ironed out for you.
Sorry I did not express myself clearly. I followed the pictured someone post earlier and disassembled the whole bed floor. It was not the alignment, every screw hole was firmly set on the frame with no gap, but still it's raised and the divider won't fit.

I'd ask for them...there are spots for up to ten D-rings.

You'd have things really tied down, haha!!

My Cybertruck was in the service center overnight to get the Vault Cargo Divider to fit. While they forced it to fit in one location, I couldn't repeat their actions. They suggested a new bed would need to be ordered with a separate service request.

Back at home, I wondered if adjusting the nut on each side with a 5/16 inch socket wrench would help. The surprise was how easy the nut turned and how the locking bracket could be slid off. It was then that a miracle occurred. Two plastic guides fell out that prevent flexibility. By carefully reassembling each side without the guides, the Vault Cargo Divider can now be used as it was intended! No bed replacement needed. No modifying the end pieces. Just apply gentle downward pressure on each side when closing the latch.

Before grabbing a 5/16 inch socket wrench, examine how the nut is positioned at the end of the shaft. Be careful to not lose the spring or round spacer, they are needed to remain in the same position. Save the 4 plastic guides (2 per side as shown) if you ever need to restore the Vault Cargo Divider to original condition.

I called Tesla to provide feedback. Hopefully they can give guidance if this solution can be recommended for everyone who cannot get their divider to fit.

hopefully this helps those of us who can't get it to fit everywhere in the bed. Mine only fits on top of the under bed storage. It doesn't fit a single other position in the entire length of the bed.
Same here, I requested a service for this, not sure what they will do

I suggest a more simple fix for this inevitable problem given the poor design of the divider, is just to file down the top of the plastic cleat until it fits. This takes just a few minutes and after getting a replacement divider and a service appointment my own simple fix works just fine.

Here are more photos as requested.

Remove the nut with a 5/16" socket. Note the round spacer and spring position on the threaded shaft. The plastic guides are shown as originally positioned. Finally the plastic guides are removed. Make sure to secure the nut at the same depth as before. Without the plastic guides, it will rattle a bit until fully mounted and secure. Save the plastic guides if you need to restore the Vault Cargo Divider to original condition.

I plan to add a thin protective tape to the underside of Vault Cargo Divider to decrease scratches.

Hi Mark Z, today I removed the plastic guides and it worked!!! I am very happy and relived that I don't have to go to service. I've been there 6 times in a month and a half, and It has taken a
toll on me.

After removing the plastic tabs from the bed divider and also making sure the bed was seated correctly, the divider still won’t fit. I am now thinking the solution might be to use a grinder to reduce the height of the metal inserts on the L and R sides of the bed. Right now they are preventing the bed from sitting lower. I can’t think of a reason this would cause a problem. I also wonder if they are supposed to sit flush but on early builds were too long. I could gain at least .1” if shaved down, maybe more

Thoughts on trying this?
