Anyone still have free supercharging enabled after the PCS is fixed? My service appointment is next week but I noticed in the app free supercharging until late august - wondering if that will change after service is complete.

Mines been fixed sense June, and charging is still free till mid Aug. Infact Tesla has now paid for a couple 700+ mile trips. About 3500 miles in so far and I still gotta goto Canada Niagara Falls yet. Getting the most of it.

where can you see it in the app? They told me I have free supercharging but I haven't been able to find where it says that in the truck or my phone app

Please do post the service invoice/estimate. 🍿
Yeah they completely were cold to me, regional manager just shut down every idea of any kind of help whatsoever, showed Ubernoobs qoute but they just made some stuff up about how that was "different", anyway this completely sours my experience, I drive so much and meet so many people and always answer questions about the cybertruck, just being honest with people on this situation will anti sell dozens of Teslas, such a dumb move by them, probably a six figure bad call over the long run, but oh well.

One silver lining is I got a decent trade in qoute if they stick with it by delivery day +- a bit that would go a long way to making this feel right and profitable fir tesla as well. Of course no AC charging until September sucks!

Well, it’s my turn now. Plugged in last night and would only charge at 24 amps. Made an appointment and got confirmation within ten minutes.
How long is it taking to get parts and once they take my truck, how long is it taking for them to fix?
This is VERY inconvenient as I will have to drive one county over to charge now. I wouldn’t even own an EV all these years if I couldn’t charge at home.
And of course Tesla putting a service center near me has been cancelled three times.

Mine went out in early May—early enough that Tesla actually sent me a new Wall Connector. Bless their hearts. Unfortunately, the Wall Connector wasn't the problem, so I joined the same waiting list you're on.

Then, last night at the stroke of midnight (which somehow seemed appropriate), I received a text from Tesla saying my repair appointment is... September 3rd. That's right—almost two more months.

To make matters more interesting, several weeks after the PCS failed, I also lost the ability to adjust my air suspension. I'm now permanently stuck in Medium ride height, which is less than ideal when you're trying to help my 92-year-old mother-in-law climb into a Cybertruck. Every trip has become a combination of strength training and interpretive dance.

I've already missed one major family reunion this summer and two Cybertruck Roundups that I had planned to attend. Honestly, I'm a little gun-shy about venturing too far from home until this gets fixed. I'm always waiting for the next electronic gremlin to pop up and ask, "Remember me?"

So, to answer your question... it could be a while.

Thankfully, I can still charge at home. If that capability disappears, my nearest Supercharger is 15 miles away—which isn't exactly the convenience EV owners signed up for. To add a little extra excitement, my app says my complimentary Supercharging expires on the 20th of this month. The timing couldn't be better... said no one ever.

Despite all of that, I still love Blitzen the Beast. I don't even mind being a beta tester—I just wish the beta testing phase would occasionally end. Tesla, if you're listening, let's get these parts flowing and these trucks back on the road with a little more speed. Blitzen deserves better... and so does my mother-in-law's knees.

Yeah I have to drive to the next county over and I never go there on a regular basis. Now I’m going once or twice a week and charge to 100% because I use up part of that range just getting home and then going back.

Just for the record, I paid full price and few 2-3 days later got a call saying I was going to be partially refunded and they updated the invoice to reflect that.

Please post the invoice, Tesla adjusted @UberNoob's and the same possibility might exist for you.

I ended up only paying for disassembly diagnostics and reassembly, got nothing fixed.

Ordered a new one and hope my trade in value doesnt plummet by the time it gets here.

Now to supercharge until september or even october but oh I hope its some how sooner
