Here is something I've been looking forward to: a Cybertruck towing a trailer!

This thing moves with authority! Per @Carlos Thomas this ATC trailer weighs 3,950 pounds and has a payload of 9,250 for a GVWR of 13,500 pounds.

I'm sorry but I have to call this bullsh..t. Anyone who's usually towing loads can straight up tell you that's an empty trailer. The audacity to insult people intelligence is blood boiling, talking about the individual here, not about Tesla.

Uhhh.... The OP didn't say the CT was towing 13,500 pounds. He said that the trailer's GVW is 13,500 pounds.

I'm giving him props for taking or finding and posting that cool video and I'm cutting him slack about not specifically stating that the trailer could be empty or carrying a light load, as most of us can see.

This was filmed from inside a CT because you can see the rearview camera showing inside the bed.

Judging by the views of the dash, the rounded hood, the bodywork in the side mirror and the complete lack of center screen, it was definitely not filmed from another CT

That trailer from ATC weights 3,950 pounds and has a payload of 9,250 for a GVWR of 13,500 pounds. With the claimed towing capacity of 14,000 lbs, this would be a good test.

If this is accurate then this is great news assuming it's towing a full payload.

Like was mentioned, I wasn't referring to the actual load in the trailer. I just pointed out that Carlos identified the likely specs of the trailer.

It was not my video. I just found it and shared it here for everyone's benefit.

The the word "capacity " was added to his verbiage in my post to make it obviously clear.

It tows, but how much range does it have when towing?

Well, we don't know yet, but the good thing is, we'll find out soon enough, just like the size of the frunk.
