Spotted last night by @errodrigues on the 101 in San Mateo, CA! Cybertruck in traffic at night - showing all its lights. Passes a Honda Pilot SUV for a good size comparison look.

Well it will be distinguishing ... a basic horizontal light bar in the front and rear. It is an odd-looking truck in all regards.

The horizontal line is cool. It's the decision to break up the lightbar in three pieces, as opposed to one piece on the OG truck, that I find jarring.

I like the front and rear lighting, but I am a bit surprised that there is absolutely no visible side marker lighting at the rear of the truck. The bumper gap in the front nicely allows the front amber marker lights to be seen from the side, but NOTHING at the tail end.

Nope, your best option is to buy a truck you like the looks of better! You can put lipstick on a pig, but it will still be pig!

C'mon people, do the smart thing and cancel those early Cybertruck reservations! Besides, smart new vehicle buyers don't want the first year's production of any new model, that's just common sense. You don't want to be like that stupid guy who blew all his money on drinks and blow and woke up with a terrible hangover next to a skinny crackwhore with bad skin and a distorted face (and who knows what else). This is how a nice young man with a promising future can spin into their own spiral of self-destruction.

I know many of you are probably drunk with excitement over the complete unknown, but you need to make smart decisions for your financial future. The funny looks of the Cybertruck should be your first clue and that is just the beginning of your disappointments.

Do the right thing, get your $100 back, and buy a smart and sensible pre-owned vehicle that is already proven and has no major kinks. There will probably be a lot of good vehicles hitting the market as dumb-dumbs like me sell their perfectly good vehicles in exchange for pain and suffering and financial ruin. It's complete idiocy to spend good money on an unproven clown truck! Live vicariously, this way you can enjoy watching the rest of us spiral into our own hellhole of pain and suffering as we make sub-optimal life decisions. Do as we say, not as we do!

I don't put much faith in the formulas used by the reservation tracker but, according to that, it's around 44K. A better reservation tracker would ignore the trim level reserved but I think it subtracts out trim levels not expected to be offered upon initial production.

The reason that's bad is because Tesla is highly unlikely to sort reservations by trim levels. That means in absolute terms, I might be closer to 55K than 44K. Honestly, I haven't spent a ton of time trying to understand how the reservation tracker works, but that is my admittedly imperfect understanding.

What matters most is when Tesla starts hitting real production numbers, approaching and surpassing a thousand a week.
