"Four-Wheel Steering gives Cybertruck a tighter turning radius than a Model S

At low speeds, rear wheels rotate opposite to the front wheels—enabling tighter maneuvering around the jobsite, parking lots, etc"

So no crab-walking into parallel parking spaces then?
It is possible that whatever they roll out with initially will change later on. Tesla is traditionally cautious with new feature performance but later, with many miles driven by the fleet, incrementally changes. Maybe the rear wheels will only ever be able to turn 3 degrees, maybe not.

More than double that.
Jason Cammisa (Hagerty) on the Carmudgeon podcast (@ 40:20) said it was "currently limited to ~3˚, but they're doing a software update to get it up to 10˚"

A good video! But now I want to see steering inputs at 60-70mph!

I'm really surprised that Telsa is releasing such detailed interior renders.
Will put Monroe out of business.

I'm obviously super happy that they are though, as it keeps my imagination in eco mode.

The RWS on the MB EV's is really noticeable. The first time I saw it I thought I was imagining things. Can't wait to try it out with the CT.

Ferrari and Porsche all have had rear wheel steering in their cars for many years (maybe 7 or 8?) even GM had 4WS trucks even before that, but the key is in the programming of the rear steering system. My '18 Ferrari GTC4 Lusso V12's tuning isn't as good as my Porsche GT3's as sometimes I can feel the rear end is a little disconnected in the F car, let's see how Tesla does first time out. But big difference is Tesla can update the tuning software over the air and keep improving it while others can't.

If 3 degrees gave us about a 4’ improvement over no RWS then an increase of 7 degrees should give us another 7/3 x 4 = 9.3 feet decrease. For around 34.2 feet….wow! Much better than my MYP!
