Definitely a click-bait title on this thread. There was nothing in the post suggesting a battery failure. Either the big or the little one.

Wait a second, neither the wireless phone key not the key fob can bring it back to life"? There is no keyfob.

But the Cybertruck has no key fob.

And I'm really surprised that Tesla didn't bring it in with their roadside service.

Too many questions here,

It's frustrating, but it's almost bound to happen to someone. Unfamiliar vehicle, new features, new batteries.

An unresponsive vehicle is usually a failure in the low-voltage system. Which means something got stuck on, something didn't recharge properly, some timer failed, etc.

Five hours seems really short, but... You really shouldn't leave an EV sitting below 30%. It won't use the traction battery to recharge the low voltage system in that case. (In their defense, 'for five hours' or even overnight should be fine.)

FYI, they posted videos of it on the flatbed at the supercharger. The tab/pin is popped up within the CTs NACS receptacle so they couldn't plug it in.

Looks like 48 volt or low voltage battery failure or low voltage battery was not charging , could be dc dc converter

If the card keys and phone aren't working that indeed suggests starting with the low voltage battery. If the low voltage battery isn't working, then the computers can't turn on.
If the computers can't come on, you can't charge the high voltage battery.

Neither the key card nor the app bring the truck ‘to life’. They unlock the truck. There can be real things that are wrong with the truck, but it can also be pilot error. A couple months ago a Tesla employee driving a release candidate had to have a CT towed so it has happened before, maybe not for the same reason. For certain Tesla will get to the bottom of it, but this is the kind of thing that can happen with early production vehicles. You pay a lot ‘and’ you are a Guinea pig. Fun :-( I feel for the OP.

I wonder how many dozen people took pictures of them getting a tow :(
Getting towed in is always a little embarrassing, getting a ride for your $100k+ ride that everyone knows cost that much would be tough.
He has been posting updates but looks like it won't get looked at until Monday so be a little bit before he and everyone else has an idea what happened.
