Tesla demonstrates little interest in 'Goodwill' once the purchase has been made.
if out of warranty, no idea
Tesla actually demonstrates plenty of goodwill from my experience and from reading and owning over the last decade. Tesla is often very good with just a bit over miles and time still covering items under goodwill.
The crazy psycho customer service went away with the Model 3. As S&X owners some of us were like where is the nearest (Insert name for 100k+ cars service) Forget the ramp in building. It was a ramp in service and warranty. That really made them clamp down on post purchase costs. Gone were the flatbeds and loaners at the door of home.
Post warranty costs are comparable to other mid to higher market brands. Yet for some reason people think Tesla's should have no problems post purchase and post warranty.
Summary I see plenty of goodwill listed on my invoices post warranty. In many locations across the country for close to a million miles across a fleet of cars.
