I think it got me finally. 3 times the left camera went black and FSD shutting down. This time there's a PCS code. I made the service appointment for Thursday so I will see what they say. I haven't tried to charge yet.

That code means the PCS couldn't talk to the battery management system . The left controller also had comm issues to the battery.
None of the DCAC codes, more likely a battery, DCA, or harness issue.

Are you for real? This hasn’t happened to me with either truck but there are enough people saying this that I’m pretty worried.
Relax, my June 2024 delivered Beast just got the dreaded PCS2_a094 AC Charging unavailable fault, this week, it's the junk electronics components being used these days.

Sadly I joined the fraternity of brothers with PCS failures yesterday.

Went on a 300ish mile long trip (150 each way) and charged for 5-10 minutes at the halfway point just to be safe. I got home with 8% remaining, and plugged in to my Tesla wall charger. That's when I noticed it was only charging at 24A. Tried our other Tesla wall charger we have and it too was 24A. Filed a ticket with Service and they verified it was a failure, said no parts are currently available, and gave free supercharging. They also didn't have an ETA on the part...

Just for statistics sake, it's a very early 2024 Foundation Series (under 2,000 VIN) AWD with a little less than 20k miles.
When did you take possession of your truck may I ask?

It kind of feels like a slap in the face. They don't have the technology to fix the charging, so they give free supercharging during this period of time. However, had I not been an early adopter of the Cybertruck, I would have got supercharging for free anyways. To me now, it feels like the moral of the story is to not be an early adopter from Tesla. I've been unable to charge for about a month. Recently, I had to rent a car because the place that I was going to did not have convenient DC charging.

It kind of feels like…
I used to race drones for MultiGP once upon a time. I’m with ya, I should have waited for the free supercharging & FSD. They should grandfather all foundations with it IMO. we are the Guinea pigs. 🐷

I had this same PCS2_a051 code pop up last week. Made a service ticket to Tesla, and they did some remote diagnostics and determined that my PCS was currently still working fine and therefore i do not qualified for the complimentary (free) supercharging at this time. They said to contact them again if it gets worse, and theyll run another diagnostic test remotely and see if I am actually having true PCS failure.....

Do you think this means that the PCS is going to fail soon? is this early signs of PCS failure?
I have the same exact PCS2_a051 codes that have popped up 5x within the past week. AC charging still works without any hiccups. Just want to prepapre myself if my PCS will eventually fail.
Truck is 25' AWD with VIN 76***

WHat did Tesla end up telling you? They told me my truck is still charging fine and PCS is currently not faulty.... so no free supercharging for me yet lol

A lot of us are in the same boat.
Big lesson? If you are going to buy an early production Tesla, make sure it is a 2nd vehicle and you have another.

I don't think thst code has any relationship to the DCAC converters failures.
Nor does it necessarily indicate an issue with the PCS itself. Communication from PCS to BMS runs through the High Voltage Controller (part of Device Cluster Assembly).

ok great. Thank you for this explanation.
I guess I’ll continue to follow up with Tesla and see if they’ll still need to replace my PCS, once the parts are available and in stock.
According to Tesla service center, they will notify me once PCS parts are in stock and I’m assuming that means they’ll replace mine?
I kinda hope they do.
