So, I already have full solar and Powerwalls, along with the UWC. Do I need to do anything else? Had my truck for a week or so. Do I need to call to get them to flip the switch?

Tesla hasn't released software for Powershare to work with Powerwalls yet. Once that happens, you should be all set.

Edit 2: I think it's because the others do not have Powerwalls? Rather, their truck is acting as said Powerwalls.

Is Power share specific to the VIN of original CT set up with power share? Wondering if I can use my father in laws CT if I'm not home.

My guess is whether or not he has a power share and it is turned on. I believe that my installer had to trigger something specific to my VIN. You might be able to call Tesla power and ask if his could be turned on. They have a separate number and/or ext out of the CMS.

Took 5 days for mine to be enabled after the installation. Anyone with two trucks use one power share set up?
