Agree. On the reveal night 4+ years ago I loved everything about the looks of the Cybertruck except the wheel covers and proprietary tires. That hasn't changed. The good news is they're being redesigned and I'm sure there'll be many aftermarket alternatives.those things are ugly anyway, if my truck comes with them, you can have them lol
Right, that's no nightmare. little dramatic to say the leastthose things are ugly anyway, if my truck comes with them, you can have them lol
Tweet that's an ugly mismatchA friend of mine took a picture of a Cybertruck missing the rear passenger side cover today:

This is awesome. Thank you for sharing. I'm picking up on Friday and guess they don't come with covers. Do you know what color matches the wheel? For anyone who wants to cover up the center and lug nuts in the meantime, these fit well:
Center caps
Lug nut covers

Nightmare? Seriously? In what reality does waiting a few weeks for replacement wheel covers constitute a nightmare?this sounds a bit like nightmare you can’t make up. I get they are only the finish wheel hubs, but seems insane.
The wheels seem pretty flat-surfaced anyway, so I doubt there's a whole lot of gain in efficiency when using the covers.Good riddance.. didn’t like them anyway! The difference in range wouldn’t matter to me at all!
Oh the humanity!Nightmare? Seriously? In what reality does waiting a few weeks for replacement wheel covers constitute a nightmare?
Or perhaps remove the outer rubber ring that holds (is integral with) the tips completely? So maybe a simpleton thinker here. Why can't we just shorten the tips and blunt it??
+1 - that was the only sticking point for me. I was telling myself how could they design such an awesome truck but make an ugly wheel. I’m sure there were others who thought the opposite and felt everything looks ugly except the wheelsAgree. Yep just took my cover off and have the same marks. Not dirt. Def wear.Watching the video, has anyone commented on the fact it looks like the rim has chips / damage at the top of each spoke? Is that from the aero covers? I'm kind of shocked he didn't mention that at all, or at least show if it's dirty vs chipped.
