I was on the legacy FSD fork of software so I probably got them less often than others not in that situation. Here are some stats from TeslaFI . COM of my updates.

Mustang Mach-E7.0.0December 2023Not availableThis Ford BlueCruise 1.4 brings the best hands-free highway driving performance yet to keep you hands-free longer. Model Year 2021 and 2022 vehicles also get the latest BlueCruise features - Lane Change Assist and In-Lane Repositioning as well as an upgrade to the ACC system with Predictive Speed Assist.

BlueCruise 1.4 (equipped vehicles only):

- More hands-free highway time: In our internal testing, BlueCruise 1.4 stayed engaged in hands-free mode for an average of 13 times longer compared to BlueCruise 1.0, 8 times longer compared to BC1.2 and 2 times longer compared to BC1.3.

- Much smoother drive: BlueCruise 1.4 brings significantly greater in-lane stability and improved control of the vehicle in the center of the lane - 10x greater in-lane stability than BlueCruise 1.0 and 8x more stability than BlueCruise 1.2 and 1.3.

- One button activation: On-the-road activation of BlueCruise just got easier. Simply press the Adaptive Cruise Control button on your steering wheel to activate BlueCruise while in a Blue Zone. No need to also press the Lane Assist button on the steering wheel.

New Features (Model Years 2021 and 2022):

- Lane Change Assist: allows you to use the turn signal switch to indicate a desired lane change, which the system will perform when the path is clear. It will also suggest a lane change in slower-moving traffic.

- In-Lane Repositioning: can help provide more space by subtly shifting away from vehicles in adjacent lanes, giving you a little extra room when you need it.

- To manage your Ford BlueCruise settings, go to your in-vehicle Driver Assistance screen.

Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) with Predictive Speed Assist:

- When Predictive Speed Assist is active, the ACC system will now temporarily adjust the vehicle speed in advance of curves and will display a road geometry indicator in the instrument cluster display explaining the reason for the speed adjustment.

- Predictive Speed Assist will now adjust the vehicle speed to the applicable speed limit in advance of speed limit signs.

- The In-vehicle Driver Assistance screen will still show a Speed Sign Recognition slider. To activate Predictive Speed Assist, push the slider to the right.

Mustang Mach-E6.2.0October 2023Not availableWe've been busy. Take a look at what we've done.

Easy on the eyes
You may have noticed that things look a little different on your vehicle screen today. That's because we're continuing to improve the modern design to make it simple to navigate and find what you're looking for. A few changes you'll notice include a smaller top bar and we've moved some icons to make it easier to view. A dedicated user profile button has even been added.

Step up to the mic, please
For this latest Ford Power-Up software update, we listened to your feedback and made it easier for you to continue to share your experiences by recording and sending voice feedback from the convenience of your vehicle. Prior to this update, access for this feature was in the Settings-General menu. But now it's been moved to the App screen and will be available whenever your vehicle is activated in FordPass. Look for the new Record Feedback microphone icon — and continue to let us know what you really think.

No need to sound the alarm
This update will allow you to easily turn the motion sensor alarm OFF from the vehicle settings screen or alert POPUP. That means when you have a passenger or pet inside, they can move around while you do the same outside.

Did Ford resolve the issue of monitoring the 12v battery and keeping it charged up before the OTAs because I am sure I saw various reports/youtubes of people having trouble getting OTAs to happen and Ford was telling them that the 12v was low. In some cases, people were putting them on trickle charges to get the OTAs to work (ie. get past the 12v check). Is my memory bad?

“That’s insane to pretend like it’s on par with Tesla. Also insane to compare NoAP/FSD which can be used on any road/highway in North America to blue cruise/super cruise. This forum is a little painful with the misinformation.”

No question that Rivian makes some really nice EVs and good news that they will have access to the SC network in the future. However, most SC chargers that I've used have relatively short charging cables and are really designed to only charge Teslas with the back left charge port. Rivian, and Ford, charge on the Front Left side. Not sure how easily they'll be able to use a SC unless they come up with a long extension cable or Tesla revamps the design of their SCs. Knowing that a CT would be fully compatible with all SCs was a key deciding factor in not going with a Rivian or Ford.
Tesla has very actively been removing bollards at Superchargers. Many many references out there. It is weird but most assume that it is so non-Tesla EVs can pull just a little closer. Wierd as these type of bollards have been standard for a while and are part of the prefabs that come on semi-truck beds and un-craned.

don’t really know, I never had that problem

I saw some chatter about it back when

Apparently LVB must be at 80% - 85% to get OTA updates. (This why sometimes people notice OTAs come through after driving.

But if something was/is confusing some BMS, it would think the charge was sub-80%.

I think some folks figured out a BMS reset would un-confuse the BMS.

if there’s something more than that I haven’t followed bc it hasn’t effected me

No. At least not for me. I have to drive to the dealership to get updates. No one knows why. It connects to my internet and keeps trying to update at home but doesn't. I tried all the 12V tricks I could find (trickle charger, parallel full-sized battery, everything off, etc.). Not trying to bash Ford. I really like the Lightning and prefer Bluecruise over any of Tesla's current offerings, but they do seem to [still] have issues with OTA's for many people. If only the Lightning had variable rate four wheel steer, a tonneau cover, SS exterior, variable air suspension, no torque-steer or gear back-lash, and the Tesla warranty I probably wouldn't be considering the CB. :)

The review video is great, relatively balanced. But definitely short sighted, a few things stand out:
1) The Rivian toneau cover disaster. That's a big deal! Why choose the Rivian without a working toneau? Also this doesn't bode well for reliability.
2) ... Also it's hugely obvious that autopilot and locking diffs are coming soon, just haven't been enabled yet. That's a dumb reason to not pick the CT.
1) When discussing the covers, he mentioned that his truck (which was his personal truck) was one of the last few that had a working cover until the day before.
2) Kyle mentioned that he was somewhat of atrail-driving enthusiast and the CyberTruck was a non-starter until the CT actually has locking diffs. Difference between a person actually using the truck now and talking about theoretical features the truck may have in future versions.

In regards to the reliability comments, many have predicted that roll top bed covers on both the Rivian and the CT will have problems. People have been trying to make reliable roll top covers for pickups for decades. None has ever been deemed highly reliable. Adding a power function just seems like another layer on a house of cards.

Not bad of a showing if you considered that the Cybertruck is brand new to the market and the others have been around for a few years. In a few years the Cybertruck will be a different beast 🤓
