I'm really interested in the molding now present beneath the front bar light. I don't like it, but I bet it helps with production. Folding that piece of stainless 3 times instead of 6 would probably take more time than just throwing trim there.

Are we supposed to be able to see out the back window with the tonneau cover down?

Plus you would have to pull the camera out to fully document the damage from every angle.

No. There's no requirement for a rear view out the back.

Besides, the rearview 'mirror' on the original prototype was actually a video screen.

I thought the Cybertruck was supposed to have a rear view mirror camera like the Bolt?

Notice initially the video below shows the actual mirror (head rest) vs wide shot using the camera:

The original prototype at the reveal did. We have not had confirmation of it since. Its one of the features I really hope stays, it would be nice for situational awareness while driving without having to toggle on the rearview camera on the touchscreen.

On my model 3 I don't use the rearview mirror to reverse, I use the camera mostly, but when I drive I do like to be able to glance up and have some awareness of if someone is tailgating me or acting erratic behind me.

If we don't get it, its not the end of the world, turning on the rearview camera is pretty easy, but still, it is a feature I would like to see.
