I called just yesterday to ask about it. They told me to give it 30 days and call back if I still don’t have it in my email (I put my FSCT order in early February and took delivery late May).
Do you have the number we can call?

There is no dedicated number, I don’t think. I just called the same showroom I took delivery from, and selected sales from the automated menu just to get to talk to a human. Eventually (after like 10 tries) the call got routed to a front desk employee who had to put me on hold to go ask about my inquiry.

it sucks I know, but seems like Tesla doesn’t care about customer service quality at the moment (I don’t know if it ever did, this is my first ever EV).

Not to be the bearer of bad news but I’ve had my FSCT for 5 weeks and no voucher… got an email today from customer service saying there is no ETA on when they will send the email. They directed me to the PowerShare page when clearly states we should have received the $2,500 voucher

Same here. I took delivery on 5/9, so I guess I should expect my voucher in the coming weeks. Great news.

Did anyone get the email that already got the $700 voucher? I have been sitting on my voucher as I wrote and complained to Tesla about the value being too low. Went through the arbitration process and was supposed to hear something within 60 days, it's now passed 70 days. Tesla is very poor in supporting their customers with questions.

Anyone have an email or something? It said I was eligible for PowerShare and that someone would reach out when delivery was scheduled. No one did and I’ve taken delivery of my Cyberbeast so I’m trying to schedule PowerShare installation.

I did not realize there was a requirement that your main panel had to be < 225 amps. Many homes that are doing all electric appliances have higher service now (induction stove, electric tankless H2O, etc).

Be aware a 400Amp service (320 continuous CT320 meter) often has multiple 200A main panels. Powerwall/ Powershare can be installed on those separately. For example one backed up panel and one non. Or two+ Powerwalls and two Gateways for full backup.

Thank you for the follow up. That makes good sense.

I get your point about two+ Powerwalls and two Gateways but in terms of the Cybertruck
I think it means the CT connects/talks to one Gateway which talks to one 200 amp panel.
I think that means you have to be sure all your critical loads are in one 200 amp panel similar to having a generator subpanel.

I was hoping to get away without doing that but it sounds like it is what it is. There are other options like the https://www.span.io/ panel which lets you dynamically control which loads are used. As well a similar setup with Lumin Edge to dynamically control circuits. https://www.luminsmart.com/lumin-edge

The utility person I've spoken to at our likely future home site also mentioned the 320 ("The 400 amp service is a 320 amp meter socket (320 continuous).")

In any event, thank you for the additional clarity as I thought I hit a complete road block but it sounds like there is just more planning required (main panel and critical load panel on the Tesla gateway).
