GVWR is not the vehicle dry weight. It includes max cargo, including passengers.
Good chart on the variations.Just as you said.. the GVWR includes both the vehicle weight and the cargo/passengers. So if the Dual motor weighs 5k lbs and a 3500 lbs cargo capacity its GVWR is 8500lbs (class G), but the Tri motor weighs 5900 lbs and a 3500lbs cargo capacity then it is a class H with a GVWR of 9400lbs. That was my point.
